Use one of the two supplied metal plates to hold up devices with a plastic or glass backing. The rectangular plate can be placed inside a phone case or behind the battery cover of supported devices. The circular plate has a self-adhesive surface that can be attached to the outside of units that do not have a shell or lack a removable back. Lift the small plastic tab and place the holder against the windshield of your car. When you are happy with the placement, just push the tab down and the holder is in place. No tools needed.
